These HSSE round dies use an M35 cobalt high-speed-steel option for applications where heat and wear resistance are more demanding than general-purpose HSS. A nitrided surface option is available for application-specific selection.
Provide the workpiece grade and hardness, thread size and pitch, tolerance, required die outside dimensions, production method and expected quantity. Stainless-steel applications also require suitable lubrication and chip control.
Please provide the thread standard and size, workpiece material, expected quantity, packaging or marking requirements and any applicable drawing. For machine taps, also provide the hole type, thread depth, machine and coolant conditions.
