This seven-piece HSS spiral-flute tap set is configured for applications where chips need to travel back toward the tool shank. Spiral-flute geometry is commonly evaluated for blind-hole machine tapping.
Confirm the required seven sizes, pitch, tolerance class, workpiece material, blind-hole depth and coating type. A gold-colored surface does not by itself identify coating chemistry, so coating requirements should be stated explicitly in the RFQ.
Please provide the thread standard and size, workpiece material, expected quantity, packaging or marking requirements and any applicable drawing. For machine taps, also provide the hole type, thread depth, machine and coolant conditions.
